FAQs
How do I get started?
Join the waitlist. Once your spot opens, add your website and brand name. We suggest competitors and questions, you tick the ones to keep, and your first run starts.
How often is the data refreshed?
You set how often each question is asked: daily, weekly, fortnightly or monthly. Every plan includes all four, within its monthly checks.
Can I filter by engine, country or topic?
Yes. Filter by engine, market, run, date range and tags such as topic or buying stage.
What is the difference between a mention and a citation?
A mention is when the answer names your brand. A citation is when it links to a page on your website. We show both, because they are different.
Can I try it for free?
